WHAT IT DOES
It starts with reading Apple Health.
Vitals come from everywhere. A watch on your wrist, a cuff on the arm, a scale in the bathroom, digital rings, glucose meters.Different screens. Different accounts. The view can get cloudy.
HOW IT WORKS
It gives you a clear AM+PM view.
Have a mix of devices? That counts! The numbers just need to reach the Apple Health app.Write them down first and enter them later? It counts. ✔️Use a cuff, scale, or any device that syncs? It counts. ✔️Wear a digital watch or ring? It counts. ✔️Then just open the app and your most recent AM and PM vitals are there, as two clean 12-hour stacks.

WHO NEEDS IT ?
If you want a place to see what's vital.
Thousands of numbers can move through our devices. Monthly. Weekly. Daily. The question remains simple. What are your vitals today?Language options are included for convenience in-app.The app stays simple in every language: today’s AM and PM view.
VITAL MOMENTS
A morning and evening glance. Most people do not need another dashboard. They need a simple viewing habit. Open the app early, see the morning numbers. Open it later, see the evening ones.
WHERE IT STARTED
Pen and paper.
Show Me The Vitals!™ is an independently created app from Show Me The Vitals LLC, inspired by a real caregiving workflow.During recovery, morning and evening vitals were recorded at home on paper and brought to weekly visits for clinical review. The paper log worked, but the caregiver wanted an easier way to verify before the care team's review. At home, over weeks, a template was created with only the fields the patient needed, and not a line more. After seeing it, the doctor asked for a copy to share with their own patients. That was not a medical endorsement, it was simply the moment the workflow felt worth sharing. That moment motivated the same caregiver to bring older tech skills into a new era and build a private app, intended just for personal use. Then the app was seen during follow-up care and making it public started to feel like the right next step.

PRIVACY
Built to stay out of the middle.
No separate account. No new sign-ups. No in-app ads. No third-party analytics.Show Me The Vitals LLC does not operate health-data servers or maintain its own health database. When opened or refreshed, the app reads the Apple Health data you authorize and displays today’s AM and PM stacks on your iPhone. The core vitals view is free. Free PDF reports include 7-day and 14-day ranges. Premium PDF reports are available as a one-time optional in-app purchase, with export ranges up to 10 years.Exports and screenshots happen only when you choose. You control whether to save, print, send, or share them.

WHAT IT IS NOT
Not distracting.
It is a focused view for vitals today, pulled out of the stream of never-ending updates.
What the numbers mean is up to you and your care team.Show Me The Vitals!™ is for personal reference only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a medical record, or a medical device. Not for emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number. Data may contain errors. Always verify important health information with the device that took the measurement or your provider's records. This app is not a HIPAA covered service. Not intended for use by anyone under 18.The app shows selected vitals available in the Apple Health app; it does not show every possible health metric and is not for emergencies, urgent use, emergency monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, alerts, or clinical decision-making.
Thank You
To the giants,
Thank you to the doctors, nurses, caregivers, clinicians, watch and ring makers, educators, trainers, and researchers. To the cuff and scale makers, labs, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, coordinators, record keepers, legal and compliance teams. To the platform builders, Apple Health, HealthKit, and everyone who helps vital signs move through the world of care. This app is just one little view, adjacent to it all.Started by one person who was inspired by the giants.- Mario, creator of this app.

Privacy Policy & Consumer Health Data Notice
Last updated on May 27, 2026---
Show Me The Vitals!™ ("the app") is built and operated by Show Me The Vitals LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.---
SummaryBuilt to stay out of the middle. In normal app use, the app reads and displays your health data on your iPhone. It does not send your health data to Show Me The Vitals LLC.Show Me The Vitals LLC does not operate its own servers for health data. The app does not have an app-owned health-data database. There are some things controlled by you, Apple, iOS, or services you choose: Export, screenshots, the iOS share sheet, iCloud, device backups, Apple diagnostics, App Store purchases, support emails you send, and destination apps or services. We don't have an account system. We don't run analytics inside the app. We don't sell ads. We don't use your health data for advertising, marketing, data mining, targeted advertising, or data broker activity.---
What the app doesThe app reads your health data in the Apple Health app on your iPhone, only with permissions you grant in iOS, and displays it on your device. The app may show recent values for blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, glucose, and weight when those readings are available in the Apple Health app and when you have granted permission. When you grant Health permissions, you are asking the app to access those categories so it can provide the local app view you requested. The app does not transmit your health data to Show Me The Vitals LLC and does not share your health data with any third party in normal app use.Health data accessed through HealthKit is never used for advertising, marketing, targeted advertising, sale, data mining, or data broker activity.Because the app reads from the Apple Health app and does not keep an app-owned health-data database, there is no app health-data database for us to access, correct, export, retain, or delete on our end. Your health data lives in the Apple Health app, controlled by you.The app may store ordinary on-device app settings needed to run the app, such as language, category visibility, purchase unlock status, the date you accepted the Export notice, and temporary files used to preview or create an export you choose.Like any iPhone app, this app still runs inside iOS. Apple, iCloud, iCloud Backup, App Store purchases, device settings, diagnostics, and other Apple system services may process or store data according to Apple's terms, Apple's privacy practices, and your device settings. That is not a Show Me The Vitals LLC health-data server.Show Me The Vitals!™ does not store your health data on any server we control.---
Export notice acceptanceBefore you can use the Export feature, the app asks you to scroll through and accept a plain-language notice describing what the report is, what it is not, and your responsibility for any file you choose to share. When you scroll to the end of that notice, the app stores a single timestamp on your device recording the date you accepted. This timestamp is included as small printed text on exported reports and in the report's file properties so that any report you share carries a record of when the notice was accepted. This acceptance timestamp is stored on your iPhone only. It is not sent to Show Me The Vitals LLC.---
WebsiteThis website is a static Carrd site. We do not add analytics, tracking pixels, newsletter forms, chat widgets, social widgets, or advertising cookies.Basic technical logs may be created by service providers such as Carrd, GoDaddy, Fastmail, Apple, or other infrastructure providers to operate the website, email, DNS, and App Store links. We do not use those logs for advertising, tracking, or health-data profiling.---
Language supportThe app may offer language options for convenience. Language settings may be stored on your device and used to display app text.Language support does not change the app's informational-only scope, support rules, availability, or privacy practices. If something looks wrong in a translation, please send a plain-text support note. Do not send screenshots or health information.---
The Export featureThe app may offer an optional in-app purchase that unlocks the ability to create a simple vitals report as a file on your device. The Export feature is entirely under your control. Before any export happens, you see a preview of the report. Nothing is sent or shared until you choose to act on it. You can close before exporting. If you choose to proceed, the file is handed to the standard iOS share sheet. From there, you decide what happens next. The share sheet may include destinations like Files, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Notes, Photos, third-party apps you have installed, third-party services you use, or printing. The list of available destinations is determined by iOS and the apps installed on your device, not by us.Once you select a destination, the file leaves Show Me The Vitals!™ and enters that destination. From that moment forward, the file is governed by that destination app or service, including its terms, privacy policy, security practices, storage, syncing, backup, sharing, retention, and deletion practices. You choose whether to export, where to send it, and who can access it after that point.By using the Export feature, you acknowledge that:- you choose whether to create a report,
- you choose whether to share, save, or print it,
- you choose the destination,
- and you are responsible for the file from the moment you send it out of the app.Screenshots work the same way and are entirely under your control and your responsibility.---
Payments and optional in-app purchasesThe core vitals view is free to use.The app may offer optional in-app purchases, such as feature unlocks, Export, optional support-the-app purchases, or other clearly labeled options. Each purchase screen identifies what the purchase does before you buy.Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's standard App Store terms. We do not process payments directly. We never see or receive your full payment card number, Apple ID password, or bank account information.Apple may provide us with App Store sales, receipt, tax, payout, or reporting information, but not your full payment card or bank account information.Refund requests and purchase issues are handled through Apple.---
iCloud and device backupsIf you have iCloud, iCloud Backup, or other Apple sync/backup settings turned on in iOS, Apple may sync or back up data according to your Apple settings. That may include health data in the Apple Health app, app data, or exported files saved on your device.Apple services are governed by Apple's terms, Apple's privacy practices, and your device settings, not by us.You can review or change iCloud Backup settings in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup.---
DiagnosticsWe do not run any analytics or tracking SDKs inside the app.We do not use Firebase, Sentry, RevenueCat, third-party crash reporting, third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels inside the app.If you have iOS analytics sharing turned on at the system level, Apple may share crash and performance data with developers through Apple's system-level analytics settings. This is separate from the app's own data handling. You can review this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.---
Support emailsIf you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in that message. This email channel is for plain-text bug reports, app issues, privacy questions, and rights requests only. Please do not send health data, screenshots, photos, exported reports, PDFs, attachments, medical records, or other files containing health information.Support is regular email. It is not a patient portal, clinical support channel, secure medical messaging system, or emergency channel. We read support emails in plain-text mode. Attachments are not intentionally opened or reviewed. If a message contains a useful technical issue, we copy only the technical issue into a private issue list, without your name, email address, health data, attachments, or other identifying information. After handling, the original email, including any attachments, is deleted and trash is emptied as soon as reasonably possible, unless law requires preservation. We will never ask for your Apple ID password, payment information, or full health records.---
Consumer Health Data NoticeSome U.S. state laws use broad definitions of "consumer health data," "collection," "processing," or similar terms. This section is included to explain our practices under those laws. It does not mean the app sends your health data to us in normal app use.If a law treats the app's on-device access, display, preview, or user-controlled export as collection or processing of consumer health data, then the categories of consumer health data involved may include:- blood pressure,
- heart rate,
